Política de los bonos de Titan Poker

 

• El Bono de Inscripción de Titan Poker, no se aplicará en conjunto con ninguna otra oferta de promoción.

• Titan Poker se reserva el derecho de revisar expedientes y registros de las transacciones en cualquier momento, por cualquier motivo existente. Si, después de esta revisión, el jugador/es están participando de estrategias que Titan Poker a su sola discreción estima que son abusivas, Titan Poker se reserva el derecho de revocar el derecho del jugador a la promoción.

• Todos los créditos de los bonos en efectivo emitidos a jugadores son sólo para los juegos de poker y de acuerdo con los términos de los bonos. Titan Poker se reserva el derecho de retener cualquier cantidad en exceso del depósito original de un jugador, si el bono en efectivo es jugado en juegos de casino. Las ganancias de los juegos de casino (side games) que han sido acumulados del bono en efectivo serán anulados. Para poder realizar un retiro en efectivo, los jugadores deben ganar puntos en Titan Poker de acuerdo a los términos regulares de los bonos.

• Si recibiste un bono en efectivo con condiciones de retiro y deseas hacer un retiro, el retiro del dinero del bono y/o cualquier ganancia en los juegos de poker derivados del mismo hacen necesario que acumules los puntos Titan Poker necesarios de acuerdo a los términos de los bonos regulares.

• Los bonos de poker no pueden ser utilizados en Titan Bet y si llegan a ser utilizados, todas las ganancias de los mismos serán anuladas.

• Los jugadores deben tener activa la opción de recibir bonos para que le puedan ser acreditados los premios de esta promoción.

• Los nuevos jugadores que recibieron un código de bono de poker deben anotarlo cuando abren su cuenta de poker.

• En caso de discrepancia, todas las decisiones realizadas por Titan Poker serán inapelables.

• Titan Poker se reserva el derecho de cambiar los términos y condiciones de estas ofertas promocionales en cualquier momento y es responsabilidad del jugador de verificar periódicamente cambios y actualizaciones.

• El ratio para liberar los bonos pendientes y su fecha de vencimiento aparecen en la sección "Mi Cuenta" del software.

 

Cash Game Tickets (CGT)

Cash Game Tickets are bonuses that can be used to play on cash or speed poker tables. Your Cash Game Tickets will be displayed in a separate balance until you have earned the required number of status points, whilst using the cash game ticket funds, any remaining ticket value is automatically converted to cash and added to your player balance.

Terms and Conditions

1. Cash Game Tickets (CGTs) may be subject to table stake restrictions (please check ticket descriptions).

2. CGTs cannot be used on Heads-Up tables.

3. CGTs may be used for multiple buy-ins on speed and cash tables. Any subsequent chip purchases during an active game session can only be made using the same CGT as used for the initial buy-in.

4. Multiple CGTs may be used at any time, however if a CGT is in use on a table, it is not permissible to use another CGT on that table at that time.

5. When using a CGT for buy-in / chip purchase, a player cannot bring real money to the same game.

6. When the current value of the CGT increases above the issued value (prior to redemption), the difference is converted to real cash and added to player balance.

7. While a CGT is being used, it cannot be redeemed or expired without the player leaving the tables on which it is being used.

8. Should CGT redemption and expiry overlap, redemption is made first.

9. In certain CGT situations, players may not be allowed to make withdrawals while CGT funds are still in play.

10. When a CGT is in play, its' status moves from ‘Active' to ‘In-Use' and remains so until the player leaves all games in which the CGT is being used.

11. If a CGT expiry date has passed, or redemption conditions have not been met, the CGT status moves to ‘Expired'.

12. When CGT redemption conditions have been met, CGT status moves to ‘Redeemed' or ‘Spent'.

13. While CGT is used, it cannot be redeemed until all the tables, where the CGT is used, are exited.

14. Titan Poker reserves the right to exclude players or void CGT's where players have registered multiple accounts.

15. Titan Poker reserves the right to disqualify players if it reasonably suspects that collusion or other abusive strategies take place.

16. Participants must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Titan Poker reserves the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Titan Poker is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

17. Titan Poker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of CGTs to any player or group of players.

18. Titan Poker reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these promotional bonuses at any time, without notice and it is the player's responsibility to check for changes and updates.
