All of the above online poker games include between two to ten players (the virtual dealer is separate) and a 52 card deck. The pot increases throughout the game as players place their bets, and the highest ranking hand wins the pot.

Although the basic concept remains similar across the game's many varieties, there are important strategic differences that should be learned for each type. Texas Holdem is the most commonly played online poker game, and the one for which we offer the largest selection of cash games and tournaments. Omaha games, such as Omaha Hi and Omaha Hi-Lo, are fundamentally based on Holdem, though these versions are easier to master. 7 and 5 Card Stud mainly differ from the others in that they do not incorporate community cards.

Ring Game Rake Structure

In general, the house commissions is between 0% and 5% of each total pot. Rake is not charged if a hand has ended before the flop cards have been dealt.

The amounts listed in the tables below also apply with the same values to games played in other currencies. For example, the rake structure listed for Limit games at $0.02/$0.04 to $0.25/$0.50 also applies to Limit games at £0.02/£0.04 to £0.25/£0.50, etc.
