International Team Poker League (ITPL) 2009

The International Team Poker League (ITPL) 2009 is an amalgamation of numerous land-based Casino events as well as online qualifiers, eventuating in a Reality TV Poker Tournament of which the winners can claim bragging rights as they are crowned ITPL CHAMPIONS 2009 and take their share of the MILLION DOLLAR+ PRIZEPOOL!!
With the league taking place over a ten-month period, The Las Vegas final will pit players from all continents and all walks of life against each other, vying for the prestigious title and of course the cash. In Las Vegas in May 2010, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will host the 8-day Ultimate Showdown, the ITPL Reality Event, after which we'll know the victor.
Cash prizes are offered in all regular events during the league season (not just for those who reach the final table) and qualifying tournaments are a frequent occurrence until next May's televised event, as players bid to get through to the "Draft Playoff" or beyond and within reach of poker glory.
We're running a Super Satellite promotion to the first land based event for online qualifiers (Las Vegas, Jan 29 - Feb 1, 2010). Satellites commence on November 2nd 2009. The first Super Satellite is on November 7th 2009, the last on January 6th 2010.
Super Satellites, $250+$18 Freezeout, will be played Saturday nights at 21:00 (GMT).
Super Satellites, $50+$5 (With Re-buys and Add-on) are staged on Wednesday nights at 19:35 GMT.
Prize packages worth $6,000 are up for grabs and include:
- $3,200 + $300 buy-in for the Main Event.
- Up to $1,800 for flights and spending.
- $600 for four nights (January 29th - February 2nd, 2010) accommodation in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
- $100 for handling fees.
