Best Poker Customer Service

For the third year in a row, Titan Poker won the Gambling Readers’ Choice Award for Best Poker Customer Service. The award was determined by readers of Gambling Online Magazine, whose awards have long been considered the benchmark for achievement in the industry.

“These awards reflect the thinking of the gambling public at large,” the magazine has stated. “The Gambling Online Magazine Readers’ Poll Awards are the only awards in the industry that are voted by the public themselves.”

Titan Poker previously won the Best Poker Customer Service Award in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2011.

In an official statement, Titan Poker said the award “really brings to light our ongoing commitment to ensuring the best possible online poker experience and how our friendly customer service agents will always take that extra step in answering the players’ needs.
