Slovenian Turns a Dream into Poker Reality

Titan Poker player Manica Jorgacevski realizes her love of poker can make dreams happen.

April 4, 2009 - Manica Jorgacevski, is a poker player from Ljubljana, Slovenia who decided to make an unusual birthday present for her boyfriend Ales Klun – a Buy-In at the prestigious ECPT in Salzburg, Austria. Ales has longed dreamed of being able to take part in a live poker tournament at least once. Manica has been playing for only two and a half years on Titan Poker, the largest poker room on the iPoker Network. She has managed to became a poker professional player during this time.

“It’s really great here. We have gotten even more than we expected,” said Manica.“You know, over time Titan poker became my favorite poker room. At first it was my hobby and then it became my job,” she said. Manica, who is a medical nurse in her home country of Slovenia, was asked what she found the best about Titan Poker. “What I really like about Titan Poker is your outstanding VIP program, great points promotions and of course your excellent support team.”

Titan Poker sent 65 poker players to the 2009 ECPT in Salzburg out of 129 players. After experiencing such a wonderful time in Salzburg, Manica is looking forward to dedicating herself even more to Titan Poker. She already decided several months ago that in order to make poker her second job, she would need to shorten her job shifts at the hospital so she will be able to play her favorite evening tournaments on Titan poker.“And it has paid off,” Manica said.
