Cash Game Races Terms and Conditions

1. Any player found colluding will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.

2. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win will have his account frozen.

3. Points are from cash poker games only. Points from tournaments are not considered.

4. The automatic leaderboard is updated every 30 minutes, with data included up to one-hour prior to its appearance on the website.

5. Players are included in the cash races based on their current VIP level.

6. All decisions made by the Titan Poker management are final.

7. Titan Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Titan Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.

8. Titan Poker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.

9. On April 1, the Round 2 races will continue based on players’ March VIP levels.
