3. Vegas Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.

4. By playing or winning any tournament that offers a Vegas package as a first prize you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Las Vegas (USA) and are 21 years or older in order to play at the Poker Event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.

5. Titan Poker reserves the right to exclude players who participate in the promotion with multiple accounts.
