Last Man Standing Terms and Conditions

1. Every participating player must maintain their daily Points goal in order to remain in the competition.

2. Players Points considered for this promotion are those calculated as per the Titan Poker server (GMT), and totals may vary slightly with Point totals that appear in real time and/or player software. Please note: for tournament play, Points are awarded at the conclusion of the player’s participation in the tournament.

3. All benefits received by players in this promotion are in addition to the regular Club Titan VIP benefits.

4. Group eligibility is determined by a player’s VIP level starting on February 1st, 2010.

5. Players are limited to groups by their VIP level. For example, a Bronze player is eligible for all groups. A Diamond player is only eligible for Groups 6 and 7.

6. Different groups will probably not finish on the same day.

7. If a player fails to qualify for the Points requirement of a specific group, he can be eligible for another group if: a) his original VIP level allows it; b) he meets the Points requirement of the other group; and c) the promotion for that group has not yet finished.

8. All groups must accumulate their specific Points goal per day for a minimum of 30 consecutive days in order to be eligible for the prizes.

9. The winner of the $13,000 Main Event Package has the option to choose whether to accept the land-based tournament package or take the prize in cash.

10. If two players meet all the conditions and are both the Last Man Standing on the same end date, the one with the most Points during the promotional period is the winner.

11. This promotion is open to all players who have signed up for an account through February 1st, 2010.

12. Titan Poker is allowed to raise the prizes if the promotional period exceeds 2 months.

13. Titan Poker reserves the right to stop and/or end this promotion at any time.

14. All decisions made by Titan Poker management are final.
