Terms and Conditions for the Titan Poker Team
Titan Poker welcomes all of its extraordinary members of the Titan Poker Team.
1. Members of the Titan Poker Team will coordinate their land-based tournaments with Titan Poker's Events Coordinator.
2. Titan Poker will pay for Buy-ins only. (No travel or other expenses are covered).
3. Team members will have a budget of $25,000 commencing on October 16th 2009. If part of the budget is not used for land-based tournament Buy-ins, it is forfeited.
4. Tournaments must include at least three major tournaments selected in coordination with Titan Poker's Events Coordinator. (A list of tournaments will be provided to the Titan Team member).
5. Titan Poker will pay Buy-ins directly to the tournament organizers, at least 3 weeks in advance of the tournament start.
6. No funds will be deposited into the players' accounts or given to them directly.
7. Team members must fulfill the following obligations:
- Play in at least 3-4 land-based tournaments in 6 months
- Wear Titan Poker gear at the land-based tournaments
- Report on their tournament play in pictures (taken at the event) and reports maximum 24 hours after participating in the tournament
- If the blog and pictures are not received during the term stated above the Titan Team member will not be registered to the next tournament
- Each blog must be between 150 and 200 words in length
- Maintain a web page and update it with reports at least twice a week
- Continue to be an active player at Titan Poker and participate in two online activities determined by Titan Poker per month
- Deposit at least 10% of their land-based winnings into their Titan Poker account
- Bring new depositing players to Titan Poker each month
- Sign a contract of sponsorship to this effect, valid for 6 months, commencing on October 16th 2009
8. Players not fulfilling these obligations can be removed from the Titan Poker Team at the sole discretion of the Titan Poker Management and all decisions are final.
9. Players cannot choose someone else to play at a land-based tournament on their behalf.
10. Players who do not participate in land-based tournaments will be removed from the Titan Poker Team.
11. If a player chooses to leave the Team before the end of the 6-month period, he will forfeit any additional benefits and will not be compensated in any manner.
12. If a player misrepresents Titan Poker at a land-based tournament, he will be removed from the team at the sole discretion of the Titan Poker Management and all decisions are final.
13. Titan Poker Management has the right to change or cancel this promotion and any or all of its terms at its sole discretion.
