Titan Team member Maria Cabaleiro (Spain) left the snowy Austrian Alps after competing at the ECPokerTour Salzburg and moved on to the Italian coast for her third live tournament at the EPT San Remo. This is her reflection of the event.

I'm in San Remo with 1,178 other players and I'm really impressed and nervous watching people I only know from various publications. The first 6 levels are without any major events. I guess correctly when I fold even with a KK flop against two open threes. With two changes at the tables behind me and dinner finished, I found myself at a table full of cameras and people taking notes. I am now going to have the pleasure of sharing my final tournament with Luca Pagano.

We are in the seventh level, blinds 200/400 before 50, my stack is 5600 chips. The button raises two blinds, Luca Pagano is in the small, calls and I'm in the big All-In. The flop 9 J 9, turn (I don't even recall it), and the river 10, Luca Pagano bets 4,000, the button folds and shows the K.Q flush in the river. I get out with my 66 after missing one level to go on to day 2.

Apart form the tournament, I want to point out the lovely moments I had with the Maceiras family and the encouragement I received from Juan Maceiras. He is not only an excellent player, but a lovely person.
