ECPT Salzburg 2009 Blog
Day 1
My participation at the ECPT Salzburg was part discovery and the chance of winning. I was accompanied by a good friend from Karlsruhe, Germany. We drove by car to Salzburg because we wanted to see the beautiful Austrian Alps. The countryside was gorgeous, and the hotel in which we stayed was even more gorgeous. It was luxury all over, from the top to the bottom. We didn't even finish unpacking our suitcases before the welcoming party began. It was a good opportunity to enjoy the great atmosphere and to get to know the other members of the Titan Poker team. It was the attendance and the support of the Titan-Poker representatives that I was most excited about. They always had an ear for my comments, my expectations and helped me with friendly words and deeds. This was all done with personal contact right on the spot.

Day 2
On the next day we went to the heart of the city and I took a drive up into the mountains in order to be relaxed during the tournament. It had a negative effect on me and at the beginning of the tournament I had a one and a half hour delay, but finally my game started when I had 40,000 chips after about an hour. Unfortunately my luck left me, and after 3 hours I was out of the tournament.
To sum up, the tournament was very well organized and I enjoyed it very much. I came back with unforgettable memories and the hope that I will improve in representing Titan Poker and succeed.
