Please make sure to carefully read all the information posted on our website and the following Terms and Conditions. If you have further questions, please contact our experienced support team, available round the clock by telephone, email, fax and through Chat in the poker software.

1. Only players at VIP Bronze level or higher are eligible to make purchases in the Club Titan Store. Any order received from a player not currently at VIP Bronze level or higher will be voided. Players must be at VIP Silver level or higher in order to cash out amounts of $400 and up, or $200,000 Guaranteed tokens, in the Club Titan Store.

2. Players must list in the Club Titan order form the exact same personal details listed in their Titan Poker account. Any order received where the personal details don't match will be voided.

3. Players must have sufficient Points in their account to cover the entire order submitted. Insufficient Point balances will result in the order's cancellation.

4. Only Points generated by players from January 5, 2009, onwards can be redeemed at the Club Titan Store.

5. Please allow 3 business days for cash bonuses, pending bonuses, and tournament tokens to be credited once an order is confirmed.

6. Once a confirmed order has been made, cancellations or changes in the original request will not be permitted.

7. Unused Points expire after 12 months.

8. Titan Poker reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.

9. Titan Poker reserves the right to add or remove items offered in the Club Titan Store at any time.

10. Titan Poker reserves the right to change the VIP Levels, products prices, redemption ratios and any other calculations listed at Club Titan at any time, with no prior notification necessary. However, once an order is submitted and confirmed, the Point price of that item will remain fixed.

11. Promotions to higher VIP levels resulting from consistency at lower levels will be based on player VIP status starting March 1, 2011. For example, a player who retained his Silver VIP status for the months of March and April 2011 will be upgraded to VIP Gold on May 1, 2011.
